The right fix for your water problem

Every yard drains differently. We diagnose where your water comes from and where it needs to go, then build the system that solves it for good.

Yard drain and catch basin collecting surface water

Storm & Yard Drains

Catch basins and yard drains collect water from low-lying spots in your lawn or driveway and channel it somewhere safe — preventing flooding and water damage.

French drain with perforated pipe, gravel and filter fabric

French Drains

Best for ground that stays mushy and wet without obvious pooling. A gravel-and-pipe French drain pulls water out of the soil and lets it percolate away faster.

Strip trench drain along a paver driveway

Trench Drains

Channel-style drains that run along a driveway, sidewalk or patio to capture surface water across a wide area before it reaches your home.

Stacked-stone retaining wall around a tree

Retaining Walls

When soil keeps washing out or the grade needs raising, a retaining wall holds everything in place — protecting your landscaping and controlling runoff.

Skid-steer re-grading a yard to create swales

Soil & Grading

Often the best fix is reshaping the ground itself. We cut swales and re-grade so water naturally flows where it should — away from your foundation.

Sump pump installed in a drainage basin

Sump Pump Systems

When water can’t drain naturally, a sump pump in a basin kicks on automatically and pumps storm water under pressure to a safer location.

Drainage FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I know which type of drain I need?

That’s what the visit is for. Standing, pooling water usually calls for a storm/yard drain or trench drain; ground that stays soggy without pooling is a job for a French drain; and water with nowhere to go often needs a sump pump. We assess your property and recommend the right fix — not the most expensive one.

What’s the difference between a French drain and a trench drain?

A French drain is buried gravel-and-pipe that pulls water out of the soil. A trench (channel) drain sits at the surface — along a driveway or patio — and captures water running across it. Many yards use both.

Can you fix a yard that floods every storm?

Yes — that’s our specialty. Depending on your lot we’ll combine grading, drains and (if needed) a sump pump to move water away and keep it away. Every install is backed by our 2-year warranty.

My drain line is clogged — can you clear it?

Absolutely. Our high-pressure jetting service clears clogged French drains, yard drains and downspout lines, breaking up the debris and sediment that built up over time.

Do gutters and drainage go together?

They’re one system. We tie your downspouts into the drainage so roof water ends up far from your foundation. See our seamless gutters →
